What to Expect
You need to move your vehicle across the country, or just a state or two. This is something you may or may not have experienced before now. Well, do not worry, we move cars every day for many people just like you. Here is a guide to let you know what to expect…
Getting to know you…. Talk with us, share your concerns, and tell us all about your transporting needs. We are not too busy to listen to you. Ask, ask and ask any questions you have about the process or us.
Crossing the T and dotting the I…. Please complete, sign and return the paperwork we send you. It is always good to read over the details to make sure all of your information is correct. (Just a double check for correct house numbers, telephone numbers etc.)
You relax-We work…. We are hard at work getting arrangements set up to your move. Remember, we work for you so during this time we might call you with a question or update you on the progress, but always feel free to call us. Our service is door to door with full insurance coverage on your vehicle. Feel free to check us out on the FMCSA page. MC-540827

Mark your calendar… We will call you to confirm the exact date of pickup. If it is within 24 hours, we can give you an estimated time and when it is more than a day away, we will follow-up closer to your pick up date with a time frame to meet you. If you have some restrictions, please share them with us, we will work within your schedule to the best of our ability.
Get Ready…. Please remove all personal belongs. Keep in mind, just like your insurance policy, your personal belongs are not covered by insurance.
Set…. The transport company will usually contact you sometime before arriving at your pickup location. The drivers are professional, kind and hardworking people just like us. He or she will walk around your vehicle with you while filling out some paperwork called a vehicle inspection report (VIR). This will take a few minutes and it is very necessary that you do this with the driver. You will get a copy of the inspection sheet for your reference, make sure the destination information is correct and give the driver your keys. He or she will load your vehicle for you.
Go…. Sit back and relax. Your vehicle is in route to the new location. An Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) will be given at this time to you by the drive, please keep in mind that things can happen to speed up or slow down the delivery. For example, snow is normal in the north and can cause delays while the southern lanes can go fast until the spring break visitors slow down traffic.
Crossing the finish line… When your vehicle arrives at the final destination, you need to walk around your vehicle with the driver again and inspect your vechile. If in the very rare case, you have damage, do not worry….remember we did our hard work and made sure you are covered for damages. Now that you have your vehicle please take care of the hardworking driver by making any final payment due. If you have a damage claim you still pay the driver, mark the damage on the VIR, retain a copy and call us at 1-513-515-5656.
After Party…. You are completed with your move and we want you to know we appreciate your business so Thank You Very Much! Feel free to give us a call and let us know about your experience. Or write a review.

Please note any damages on paperwork with the driver, both of you sign and keep a copy. You pay any balance due for the transport and make sure it is noted on the inspection form too. From here the damages are handled just like any other minor accident. Your vehicle is covered under the policy of the transport company and we have a copy of that policy for you. So please just give us a call and we will assist you with the claim.
That’s all folks…. Just remember we are here when you might need to move a vehicle again, feel free to give our name and numbers to your family and friends. We appreciate your business and wish you the very best life has to offer.
